Terms of Entry

  • Entries must be submitted before 9am (BST) on Friday 26th July 2024

  • Entries are welcome from across the global sport and sustainability landscape. Regional Leader entries will need to be made in the correct category (Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, South America)

  • Most categories are for achievements after January 2023 with a small exception which are open to work and achievements since January 2020. This is clearly detailed within the category description

  • Organisations are welcome to enter multiple categories, if they are highly relevant to your work. Based on feedback to date, we have been advised of a demand for organisations looking to enter upto four categories, so we have discounted additional entries based on that. If you would like to enter more than four categories, please email info@sportpositivesummit.com

  • The standard entry fee is £75 + VAT (£90), discounts are available for 2nd, 3rd and 4th entries

  • The entry fee is non-refundable

  • The entry fee must be paid at the time of entry, a payment link will be provided in the confirmation message and in the follow-up confirmation email. If the entry fee has not been received before the entry deadline (9am (London time) on Friday 26th July 2024), the entry will not be judged

  • By submitting an entry, you certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • Some categories will require you to link to or upload your strategy. These will be kept confidential and NDAs can be signed on request

  • Entries must be supported by evidence

  • Any impact statements or anecdotal evidence provided in your entry as evidence may be verified and publicised by Sport Positive

  • The people/organisations responsible for any statements or anecdotal evidence quoted must have granted their permission for these to be verified and/or publicised by Sport Positive and you may need to show this

  • By submitting an entry, you grant permission to Sport Positive to use the provided image/logo on their website, on social media and in any press/publications regarding the awards this year and in future years

  • By submitting an entry, you certify that any people/organisations for which you have shared contact details for are aware of the entry and have granted their permission for the entry and for their details to be shared with Sport Positive

  • Entries will be judged and winners selected by our independent panel of judges

  • Judges agree to a code of conduct and will recuse themselves from judging any entries where there is a conflict of interest

  • Information provided to judges will be used only for the purposes of them assessing entries. NDAs can be signed on request should your entry include private or sensitive information

  • Judges’ decisions will be final and reasons for decisions will not be given

  • Finalists will be notified and announced online in early September

  • Winners will be announced at the event at the Kia Oval, London on the evening of Tuesday 8th October 2024

  • Winners will be provided with a digital badge following the event and are able to use this and state in any advertising or promotional material that they have won
